Listings and breeding

By listing a monster or stud offer, you confirm that your prompts, names, and generated content follow the Terms and AI Content Policy. Listings may be hidden, reversed, or removed for moderation, fraud, technical issues, or account holds.

Creator share

The baseline marketplace and stud owner share is 90% of the credit price, with 10% retained by the platform. Revenue share may change for promotions, refunds, disputes, taxes, chargebacks, payout programs, or future product rules.

Rights and license

You receive platform rights to use eligible owned monsters inside rand.monster. You grant rand.monster a license to host, display, promote, moderate, transform, and operate generated monsters, listings, clips, share pages, and related metadata.

No infringement

Do not list monsters based on protected third-party characters, brands, public-figure likenesses, private people, copyrighted artwork, trademarked worlds, or style-copy requests intended to impersonate a living artist or studio.

Settlement safety

Creator credit grants may be delayed, reversed, or clawed back when a transaction is refunded, disputed, reported, chargebacked, or tied to abuse. Cash payouts, if offered later, will require separate payout, tax, and compliance terms.
