Terms of Service
Account and access
You need an account for credits, Lab generation, owned monsters, marketplace listings, stud breeding, social features, and support actions. Keep your login secure and do not sell, rent, share, or automate accounts.
Credits and virtual items
Credits, gems, generated monsters, cosmetics, fragments, listings, and other game assets are virtual platform items. They have no cash value, are not banked funds, and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for money unless rand.monster explicitly offers a creator payout program.
Lab and generated content
Monster Lab may use AI services and generation pipelines to create concepts, meshes, names, and metadata. You are responsible for prompts, names, uploads, and listings you submit. We may block, hide, remove, re-run, or refund generation that violates policy or fails technically.
Marketplace and social systems
Marketplace listings, stud breeding, friends, clips, reports, referrals, and community surfaces must be used honestly. Do not infringe IP, harass users, spam, manipulate prices, evade holds, exploit bugs, or use bots to farm rewards or listings.
Moderation and enforcement
We may apply account holds, remove content, reverse unsafe transactions, disable listings, limit generation, suspend accounts, or preserve ledger/audit records when needed for safety, fraud prevention, platform integrity, support, or legal compliance.
