Refund Policy
Credit purchases
Credits and gems are delivered as virtual platform balance. Completed purchases are generally final once the balance is granted, except where required by law or approved by support.
Lab generation failures
When a paid Lab generation is reserved but the generation workflow fails, times out, or is blocked by safety checks before delivery, the platform may automatically refund the reserved credits through the ledger.
Marketplace and stud reversals
Marketplace purchases and stud breeding fees are generally final after completion. Support may reverse, refund, or claw back credits for fraud, moderation, duplicate processing, failed delivery, chargebacks, disputes, or policy violations.
Disputes and holds
Payment disputes, chargebacks, suspicious activity, and negative-balance risk may trigger account holds, economy restrictions, listing removal, credit clawbacks, or support review.
